Kaswell Flooring Systems has specialized in end grain flooring for over 70 years. They have played key roles in a number of commercial and residential projects all over the world. Kaswell came to us with the task of increasing their exposure on social media, particularly Instagram. By repurposing their content, increasing organic engagement and introducing promoted posts geared towards their target audience, we have seen a significant increase in both followers and leads.
Human Truth came to us looking to bring their amazing art and designs to social media. Together, we worked to establish the brand’s voice on this medium along with repurposing Human Truth art for Instagram and Facebook. Through consistent organic posting and strategic promoted posts, we have driven traffic to Human Truth’s website leading to increased brand awareness and sales.
Combined Properties came to us to help them manage two of their residential rental properties in Malden, MA. We ran Facebook ads, Instagram ads and Google AdWords that directed interested visitors to a landing page with more information about the property and a lead form that sent leads directly back to the sales reps. To help promote the area we did a video shoot of the buildings, surrounding area and things to do in Malden. We used this on the landing pages and in the Facebook and Instagram ads and also ran it as an ad on YouTube.
North Hill is a premier non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in New England. After launching their new updated website, North Hill was looking to maximize its exposure. To help drive more traffic to their website, we developed a social media marketing strategy that was heavily focused on both paid and organic posts. Our team was responsible for a lot of the messaging and creative behind these successful campaigns.
