In the unlikely event that we are having issues, it saves our support team time and helps them fix the issue faster if the number of emails and calls are reduced, and you get your updates via this new site.

As part of our security we’ve also introduced blacklisting systems for suspicious IP addresses. As effective as this is, it’s sometimes overly sensitive and blocks the IP addresses of users with email addresses or CMS systems on Mule Hosting. In the event that you can’t access your website but it’s showing all systems as operational please follow the instructions on the site to submit your IP address to us so we can whitelist it.
