Below is the site flow that we put together based on the call we had. It includes a Netflix style “Home” with search, suggested videos (based on watched videos) and recently viewed videos. There is also a Categories section where users can browse by categories, which can be added/removed by you in the admin section of the site. The sign up flow would start with a unique “Accept Invite” link that checks the email they enter against the email in the database and if it’s valid asks them to set a password, which then creates an account. In the admin you will also be able to add new videos with a title, description, video embed (from Vimeo), thumbnail photo and supporting documents (infographic, PDF, etc).
